Exchange Rates

For product costs quoted in USD or EUR. Each product's AED cost is amount × rate + its landed % (freight, duty, clearing — set on the product). Saving a new rate updates the AED cost of every product in that currency; quotations already made keep the cost they had.

Automation proposal — standard terms

Used in every automation proposal (made from the project page) unless that project changes them. One item per line. Payment milestones like "35% advance against design" — the amounts are worked out from the quote.

Backup

The whole system as one file: products, stock movements, customers, projects, quotations and datasheet records. An automatic backup is taken once a day, keeping a rolling 40 days; backups you take yourself are kept permanently. Anyone can take or download one — only an admin can restore or delete. Note: uploaded photos and datasheet PDFs are files on the server and are not inside this backup — back those up separately.
